School Staff Can Create & Maintain Safe, Caring Schools
This series of web pages describes how schools and school staff can work with parents to prevent substance abuse. This page describes steps that educators can take to ensure that their schools are as safe and caring as possible. Research shows that such schools are more likely to be successful at retaining students in school, thereby reducing the potential harmful uses of substances among students.
